A new benchmark for accurate, efficient and safe molecular diagnostics

Publish Time: 2025-09-25
In molecular diagnostics and life sciences, nucleic acid extraction is a critical pre-processing step in core processes such as PCR testing and gene sequencing. Traditional extraction methods rely on manual labor, resulting in time-consuming processes, high contamination risks, and unstable results. The new generation of the Fully Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument, with its integrated design, intelligent control, and full-process automation, redefines the standard for nucleic acid extraction, providing an efficient and reliable solution for clinical testing, scientific research, biopharmaceuticals, and other applications.

1. Intelligent Interaction, Zero-Breakthrough Operation

The Fully Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument features a 7-inch Android-powered Chinese and English touchscreen interface with a simple and intuitive interface, allowing lab personnel to quickly master the instrument without specialized training. The system responds extremely quickly and supports multi-touch operations such as swiping, tapping, and long pressing, allowing process setup, parameter adjustment, and result review to be easily integrated into the system. The built-in Android operating system enables standalone operation, eliminating the need for a computer connection and cables, allowing for more flexible use of laboratory space.

2. Flexible Multi-Mode Adaptability to Meet Diverse Needs

Fully Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction InstrumentThe device offers four operating modes for diverse experimental scenarios:

Scan Mode: Automatically matches reagent kit parameters using barcodes/QR codes, eliminating manual input errors;

List Mode: Batch imports sample information, ideal for high-throughput testing;

Quick Mode: One-click access to commonly used extraction protocols, streamlining repetitive tasks;

View Mode: Real-time tracking of extraction progress, temperature curves, and result data, providing transparency and traceability of experimental processes.

3. Precise Temperature Control and Free Programming: Unleashing the Potential of Reagents

Nucleic acid extraction efficiency is highly dependent on lysis and elution temperatures. The device supports customizable temperature settings from 5°C to 95°C, precisely controlling the binding, washing, and release processes of magnetic beads and samples, ensuring optimal reaction conditions at every step. The free programming function allows users to flexibly adjust parameters such as stirring speed, oscillation time, and magnetic attraction strength based on reagent characteristics (such as bead type and buffer formulation), fully unleashing reagent performance and achieving high-purity (A260/A280 ≥ 1.8) and high-yield (≥ 95%) nucleic acid extraction.

4. Ultra-Fast Throughput, Reshaping Laboratory Efficiency

From sample loading to nucleic acid elution, a single extraction takes only 10-40 minutes (time varies depending on reagents), over three times faster than traditional methods. The device is equipped with a 16-channel independent magnetic rod module, supporting simultaneous processing of 16 samples, with a daily throughput of over 200 samples, easily meeting large-scale screening needs. Standardized processes eliminate manual variability, with a CV value of less than 5%, ensuring highly reproducible results.

5. Full-Process Contamination Control, Protecting Experimental Safety

UV Closed-Loop Disinfection: A built-in UV-C lamp can be set for automatic disinfection or manually triggered to effectively inactivate residual nucleic acids in aerosols and prevent cross-contamination.

Safety Door Interlock: When the safety door is opened during operation, the device automatically pauses the magnetic rod movement and reduces the temperature. When closed, the process seamlessly resumes, preventing scratches on the magnetic rod and burns from high temperatures.

Independent Wastewater System: Lysis buffer, wash buffer, and eluate are collected in separate channels to prevent backflow and sample contamination.

6. Open Reagent Ecosystem Reduces Costs

The Fully Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument is compatible with leading brands of magnetic bead-based reagent kits, allowing users to freely choose suppliers without being locked into a single brand. This open design not only reduces long-term costs but also enables researchers to develop customized extraction protocols based on the instrument platform, expanding its application scope (e.g., extracting complex samples such as viral RNA, exosome DNA, and soil microbial nucleic acids).

Empowering Precision Medicine with Automation, Defining the Future of Laboratories with Intelligence
